The colourings that we use are the gel based ameri colours. They are excellent colours to get strong deep colour from. |

How do you use the colourings? |

It is best to add a few drops of colour first then mix it in to see how deep of colour you get then keep add a few drops at a time until you get the desired colour. |

How do you stick the icing to the cake? |

There are many ways either -Egg white beaten up with a whisk -Sugar and water -watered down jam |

How do you get silver writing on a cake? |
| A. |
You have to pipe the writing on first then paint the silver on once it has dried. You will also have to mix the silver powder with white alcohol either gin, vodka or white wine then paint it on. |
